I'm pretty excited folks. Bring on the rumored track lists. Knowing we will be getting official confirmation within three weeks makes me happy.
There's a possibility that we won't get to do this again and a high likelyhood that once people hear the album they will be disappointed. So imma enjoy the next couple weeks and hope the hell that Supervised Area is not a new song name. Also, that tracklist is definitely bullshit.

I agree. These are stinkers.
This leads me to believe they're a great deal more likely to be real.

Yeah I know. I find it hard to believe they spelled it wrong on the press release.

The writing credits on this make me think it's fake. A lot of them fly in the face of what Pearl Jam's MO has been for the last fifteen-plus years. Not counting songs attributed to the entire band, Jeff hasn't shared a music credit with anyone since No Code, and here he's sharing with McCready once (who he has never shared a writing credit with) and Gossard once, as well as once with McCready and Cameron. I also don't buy there being a song credited to everyone but Stone.
I could easily be wrong about all of the above, and even if I'm not it could still be real. It just seems like this way put together by someone who just threw names together in the credits section.

They all have a credit on Save You, I think.
But what do you mean by "I also don't buy there being a song credited to everyone but Stone"? He has like four credits on that list.

Agreed, and I can't imagine a "produced by Brendan O'Brien and Eddie Vedder" credit sitting particularly well with the rest of the band either.
One small note: Jeff and Mike share writing credit for State of Love and Trust.

they don't sound like pearl jam titles either, but who knows.
I thought the first tracklist sounded more realistic.

Yup. That was the first thing that stuck out to me as well.

I didn't think Johnny Guitar sounded like a Pearl Jam title. So...

Yeah, there are a bunch post-No Code credited to everyone, but those are the only post-1996 ones where Jeff shares a writing credit with anyone, I believe.
And by "everyone but Stone" I meant that Kick Off is credited to everyone in the band except for Stone. There (I believe) are multiple songs credited to everyone besides Jeff, but never Stone.
I don't know, I just don't believe that after fifteen years of pretty much never co-writing music with another member of the band that Jeff is all of the sudden collaborating on more tracks than he has since 91-93.

I'd have a hard time believing Vedder has writing credits on every single song. If he did all the lyrics isn't it usually just a blanket credit outside of the individual music credits?
This one stinks the most from every angle
