I dropped out at #40. Hit a bad border crossing coming home from Seattle and lost my expected running time. I loved the streak but being with my girl comes first. We did get out for a nice 23km of hiking yesterday though and we have a 40km or so ride as foreplay once a week.

And I would venture I’ve lost several pounds since this injury. Perhaps the muscle loss in my left leg has been evened out by muscle gain in my arms. Don’t know though. Don’t own a scale.
