brady tchachuk is prob my fav player right now on the sens so I have been watching calgary because of his brother (also super entertaining)
that was phenomenal that the ref kicked the two centers out off the face off and told the tchachuks to get in the circle and make their mother proud

I think Leafs fans are being overly dramatic about the loss tonight

But yeah, the team culture is gross

But that has been aparent for a long time

I can't imagine trying to admire the leafs roster right now

It's a team full of creeps

There is definitely a ton of overreaction going on, but what bothers me the most is that this was a directly after what I consider EASILY the best game they've played all season, where they completely shut down and flat-out dominated one of the top teams in the league in what had the potential to be a real turning point in the season... and they follow it up with THAT?

I don't get the "creeps" part, though.

If they cancel the NHL I would be so sad. What is happening?

A week ago, we finally upgraded our internet quality after something like 8 years so we'll be able to stream good quality video. Yesterday, we went out and bought a new TV (we had one for about 8 years, then it died on us, and we spent the last two years watching on our sort-of-working cheap, small backup).

I don't mean to sound like I'm complaining - I generally don't care about video/tv quality all that much, which is why we didn't upgrade until now - but it seems appropriate, particularly as a Leafs fan, that as soon as we finally decide to splurge to watch high-quality sports, the season is going to be suspended before I get to watch a game.

lol I have a similar story.

I literally set up my tv for the first time in about 9 months on the day the league got canceled.

It's all pretty disappointing.

I honestly think that if they can't complete a proper season that no one should be awarded the cup. it's not a legit cup.

well there was the matthews pulling his pants down in front of security thing. he seems like the douchiest guy to me. I think the culture is bad in toronto and that's why they aren't legitimate contenders.

Would the Bruins President's Trophy curse carry over to next season if this one was scrapped entirely?

NHL probably won’t be back this season.

On a positive note, the Blues will be Stanley Cup champs a little bit longer :D

I hope this works out. The parade drought in Boston has been devastating to the region.

This whole Vegas hub seems a little iffy considering everything going on there. They should just think about having both hubs in Canada.

That would be a solid backup plan, but the real plan should just be to cancel the season and hope they can start a normal 2020-21 season in October.

But yeah, the idea of forcing a hub into an American market is ludicrous and completely pointless considering there won't be any fans there anyway.
