well, my lower back is fucking me over, i’ll tell you that much. what do you guys do about running through lower back pain?

verb, i'm going to have to ask you to ease up on the personal attacks. for this to be a productive conversation, we're going to need to keep things civil.

but yes, i'm about 20 pounds above my lowest adult weight, and in spite of constant waves of suicidal ideation motivated in part by that fact, and barrages of ridicule from everyone in my life system relating to it, i'm still working on shaving those pounds. it's a constant struggle, but i've lost about 5 since the spring began, so there's light at the end of the tunnel. i hope i have your support, asphault brother.
