what about morning versus evening running? i’m not much of a morning person, so i’ve never had much luck with morning runs.

but yes, i'm about 20 pounds above my lowest adult weight, and in spite of constant waves of suicidal ideation motivated in part by that fact, and barrages of ridicule from everyone in my life system relating to it, i'm still working on shaving those pounds. it's a constant struggle, but i've lost about 5 since the spring began, so there's light at the end of the tunnel. i hope i have your support, asphault brother.
