Part of me honestly thought the answer was gonna be that there was another surgery that I had forgotten about.

An assault very well may of taken place, but the fact that no criminal charges have been filed has me doubting it.

Something weird happened but I sincerely hope nobody was raped. I guess Rose's people have said this is the third different attorney this woman has retained and its all false.

The complaint is out there for everyone to read. Pretty creepy. Also, lots of grammatical errors.

Yeah, something seems shady. She seems shady, but I don't want to discount her story. Unfortunately it is probably a "wrong time wrong place" situation for Rose, even if he didn't do anything. He should take a page out of Cris Carter's book and get a fall guy.

I think most guys would have settled and made this go away but since he lives in a bubble and doesnt care about the outside world he apparently is ready to fight it. Shadiness from all sides.

How would this be a "wrong time, wrong place" situation exactly?

good question. I guess I don't know what I meant by that exactly.

Nothing about this story makes sense but it is totally believable for a 23 year old new millionaire to be engaging in group sex. Clearly something strange happened. I just hope it wasnt rape.

So how does Dwight Howard get to bring a loaded gun to a Houston airport and not get arrested? Must be a Texas thing.

Yeah, basically, it's not the northeast. Dumb, and depending where he was it could be a federal crime, but yeah...Texas.

What does everyone else think of Lowe's rankings? The Grizzlies and Raptors logos are far too high. Warriors, Spurs, and Hawks should be higher.

RIP to one of my favorite players when I was young. My dad took me to see a few Sixers games during that 82-83 season. Peace, Moses Malone. You were awesome. And only 60? Too soon.

I didn't realize Moses won 3 league MVP's. How would he be perceived in today's advanced stats era? His PER was in the 20's for most of his career.

The reason I'm the only Heat fan who doesn't hate Mario Chalmers is because at least he hit that three with like 20 seconds or so left after that collapse while everybody else just threw up all over themselves.
