A couple of thoughts on the rewatch.

- The sound of his ship is pretty awesome. Especially, the roaring hot rod engine when it starts up and takes off.

- When he's fighting the pirates, Grogu comes out of his seat once, and Din pushes him back down. I don't think that kind of gravity shennanigans would cut it in an Expanse show.

- Vane looks good. Gorian Shard looks like Pizza the Hutt made out of a kid's birthday decorations.

That was Paz vizla with the big cannon in the opening scene.
Who was the kid though?
Also each season has had a first episode with a huge beasty battle sequence in it

Love everything about his ship. (Loooove the hot rod sound too B)
But they had it onstage at the premiere for the cast n crew. Zoom into that.
I want that

Have you figured out where Grogu is during the sequel trilogy?

That’s a great question, and we talk about many different things. That’s a question for a bunch of characters by the way, not just Grogu. Where are they during these events? If anything, having made The Clone Wars and weaving a tale so intricately between two movies that were much closer together, I’ve learned that there’s expansive room in this galaxy for us to tell stories and have characters doing things.

As a kid, when Yoda said, “When gone am I, the last of the Jedi will you be,” to Luke, I took that very literally. Well, now we know that’s anything but true. There are many different people that could wield the force, and maybe Luke is the last Jedi as far as what Yoda would consider a Jedi. So we’ll just have to wait and see how the story evolves and what makes sense. But in my experience, there’s definitely a way to weave everything together and make it exciting. It’s possible it would never even have to cross over with what we saw [in the sequel trilogy] if the story has us somewhere else.

Here comes your tie in to Ahsoka series and the Ezra of it all

I have a feeling this means we don’t need to wait until Ahsoka to see Sabine Thrawn and Ezra. And Grogu will be riding a space whale at some stage.

They dropped Boba Fett at the end of the first episode of season two. He didn’t show up
Until 5 episodes later.

I have a feeling this is something similar

Oh and no Christopher Lloyd yet

I don’t have a clue really. That’s mainly because Grogu didn’t exist by the time they started the first movie in the ST. There is no hint of him whatsoever in the last movie.

He should be dead actually. Who knows.

I'm trying to remember if there are any Mandalorians at all in the sequel trilogy. I know there's a flag outside Maz's place in TFA. But I think that's it, right?

Obviously there's a lot going on with Mandalore. Maybe they're just staying the fuck out of it. Maybe Grogu is chilling there with them.

Or in the unknown regions.

It’s a big galaxy VG. With trillions in it.
Anyone could be anywhere.

It's far, far away. It could be in the quantum realm for all we know.

I think I underestimated how many people didn’t see Book Of Boba Fett.

Considering it was in the end credit scene of Mando finale season 2.

I’ve gotta feeling Ahsoka is going to be Mando 3.5 after seeing the Purrgils.

Can’t agree.
Ahsoka is filonis star of the show.
She’s absolutely worshipped in fandom probably more than any other character.
Obviously there’ll be crossover and tie ins, there already is (and done beautifully)
But it’ll be completely its own thing and important. Bobf was Mando season 2.5 I agree with that but her series won’t be.
