It was just kinda mush.
The other one I tried was good. Regular gnocchi with tomato sauce.

Last night I made a blue apron inspired meal because I skipped my delivery this week though they had one meal I wanted to try anyway:

I made a larger amount, added shrimp and some of the tomatoes I used were "fire roasted" or some shit. All in all it was delicious, and I will be having leftovers tonight.

Nice, we have that meal coming this week. I am also considering trying to recreate some past Blue Apron meals with their recipes and a trip to the grocery store.
I've done it with a few, and most turned out just as good. Especially their one meatloaf/cauliflower combo.

I might tweak it a bit for future cooking. Maybe hold off on the potatoes, add some peppers or maybe more seafood (scallops perhaps?) to the stew, and serve over white rice.

Yeah I do the three a week then usually have leftovers for lunch
