What the F's for Lunch?

genuinely curious: how do you eat your oysters? do you put anything on them? chew them?

i've only had oysters maybe once in my life (hard to get in the midwest).

like wease said..chew them or just swallow them...I like them with a shallot vinegar sauce that most places have..I never use lemon juice..
anyway, we had 2 dozen, of which I think I had 18 plus 6 escargot..all delicious..right after we finished my mother in law called my wife to say her dad was taken to the ER..crazy afternoon...he seems to be fine but we hustled home and she is driving up to Vancouver..our normal dog sitter was unavailable so I'm staying home for the meantime..I need a drink
