anyway, we had 2 dozen, of which I think I had 18 plus 6 escargot..all delicious..right after we finished my mother in law called my wife to say her dad was taken to the ER..crazy afternoon...he seems to be fine but we hustled home and she is driving up to Vancouver..our normal dog sitter was unavailable so I'm staying home for the meantime..I need a drink

The best part of an oyster is the salty brine. That’s why I get them unshucked, to make it hasn’t been dumped out.
