Parents letting their kids anywhere near YouTube never mind letting YouTube babysit their kids, deserve everything that comes to them. They don’t deserve kids.

The Anti-Disposable Plastic Brigade is so dumb. They're making another bad law (the restriction of liquids on planes) worse, and will just force people to make an extra stop to the travel section of the grocery store.

And while we're at it, I wonder why hotels regularly offer complimentary shampoo and soap, but not toothpaste.

Don't worry, the hotel's will still supply toiletries, they'll just be in large refillable containers mounted on the wall.
(geez, there's a lot of double Ls in that sentence :? )

Seat was won courtesy of lobbying by Saudi Arabia, China, Russia, and Cuba. China and Russia in particular have been engaged in a long campaign aimed at muddying the council’s message and value by adding like-minded states rather than human rights advocate states. The United States used to be an effective power broker against this effort, but of course this administration took us off the council last year. Much like in the Middle East, we left an influence vacuum that was grabbed up by those who oppose everything the council stands for.
