All caught up!

Watched the last three of Boba and then the season 3 Mando premiere.

Questions; I skipped through some parts:

1. Was there a scene that I missed where Luke says goodbye to baby yoda or when Mando and yoda are united?

2. How does Boba know Mando?

3. This whole season can't just be about taking a bath on the mando planet, right? I assume that happens soon and a bigger plot develops with the bad guy who is in the New Republic's court???

I hope they devote an entire episode to the bath and show it in meticulous detail.

Also, I love those little Babu Frik critters. One of the few redeeming qualities of Rise of Skywalker.

They should make a mockumentary-style reality show starring those guys showing the day to day operations of their adorable little droid repair shop.

1. Both scenes exist, yes. There is a Luke/Grogu goodbye and a Din/Grogu reunited. Both scenes are in BoBF.

2. They met in Mando S2. Though BF was sort of tracking/stalking/following Din on Tatooine in Mando S1 (we see shadows and boots).

3. We'll see. I'm guessing Bo-Katan is setting Mando up. I think she and her crew will ambush him in some capacity on Mandalore around bath time. This season is probably going to have a lot to do with the Dark Saber and rebuilding Mandalorian culture. But, yes, I expect Moff Gideon to feature again before this is over.

BF and Mando were basically aware of each other because of geography, correct? BF isn't a mando, he just found the armor, I think?

BF is a clone of Jango. Jango was mandalorian, if I remember correctly. He got his armor from his dad. BF was hunting Din because he had his armor (who got it from Cobb Vanth).

I appreciate the memory refresh.

Also, I misspoke. Boba didn't get his armor from his dad, but rather his "host clone" or whatever it is called.

Episode 18 “the mines of mandalore”

Loved it.

That moved the story along quickly. I expected us to be at this point episode 4.
Bo katan MVP, used the dark saber effortlessly
Grogu so powerful and cheeky
Mithosaur was a nice bonus. The possibility of Bo Katan riding a mithosaur plus purrgils. Wow!!
Happy R5 is along for the ride and looking at redemption for his motivation
This season reminds me of the first
Mandalore looked incredible

Hey great episode. Pulpy as fuck. Loved all the creatures and one eyed Mech guy and the underwater sequence. Looked great. I guess my only complaint might be the pacing and redoing scenes but small nitpick.

Excited to dive into episode 2 tonight!
