It was cool to see a young Stanley Kubes honing his chops. You can definitely see some kernels of his future genius sprinkled throughout. I liked the non-linear story telling, and the influence on Tarantino is pretty clear.

My two biggest takeaways?

Never skimp on cheap suitcases that don’t latch properly, and always check the size restrictions of your carry-on luggage before planning your trip.

Decided to watch The Witches of Eastwick based entirely on stumbling upon a clip of Michelle Pfeiffer playing tennis with her butt. Turned out to be as advertised. A wacky and sexy good time. Also kind of strange. Weird, as well. All in all - a blast.
