that may have been the closest i have ever come to being struck by a 18 wheeler
its a two lane road that ends at my company and our nice little turnaround
i was on the left most edge of the road without running into weeds. running towards traffic like a good jogger and this guy didnt move even though there was no traffic coming. his side view mirror was maybe 6 inches from my head

last night my foot acted up again. hurt like a son of a bitch. so I didn't run today. it feels better now but it's still aching and I'm worried about it. I'll probably take tomorrow off too. which sucks, but...

Trying to stay off my foot for a bit, so I did some strength/lifting today for the first time in a year.
My arms feel like jello.
