he's a nice enough guy, but he's not really motivated. the house was clean. I doubt he makes more than $50,000 a year. He's got a super rich uncle that basically hands him anything he wants.

I would direct pay her $110. I always round up handsomely. She's a school teacher and I feel bad for her. But then again, I'm basically subsidizing her fiancé's rubbers
