It's a Sonoran hot dog.

An all-beef dog with pinto beans, bacon, tomatoes, cheese usually served with a roasted pepper on top.

Sometimes the dog is also wrapped in bacon.

Mijo TIPA. Not a great batch this time around. Overly syrupy and sweet on the finish like many triples tend to be.

Last batch had a nice crisp and clean finish. :/

At the recommendation of my bartender, I mixed their raspberry ale and their double strong English ale. It was super fucking good.

I told a beer friend of mine this morning and he basically scolded me and called me a beer newbie.
