Made a stir fry with shrimp, peppers, zucchini, cauliflower, and bok choy. Instead of rice I cooked up some fettuccine and put it over that.

I looked in the international aisle for a more asian noodle but decided to go with the fresh stuff over by the gourmet cheeses.
