Very funny. There are also reboot options in the future.

I'm not even sure any of us care anymore. But this Saturday. 3PM EST the last Jedi panel will be streaming from D23. Most likely featuring a behind the scenes reel. I'm not sure what use that is in building hype or excitement. A new trailer would be more welcome. But we don't know that won't happen too.

Anyways.

I'd be interested in seeing anything new -- BTS or Trailer #2. Either. Or both.

Im thrilled they're being withholding on so much of this. It's nice to have a movie where I still know virtually nothing 5 months out.

No kidding. Here we are, so close to the movie, and literally all we know is that it's time for the Jedi to end.

they did a really good job of that with TFA right up until the end. We got a bit more footage, but the plot was pretty well concealed. Plus
Spoiler: show
they kept both han's death and Rey being the future jedi under wraps

Well they didn't really.

This is the point where sites like making Star Wars should probably be avoided.
They had Hans death months ahead of time. And pretty much everything else.

I wish I had the discipline to go dark.

I avoided spoiler threads, but I read entertainment sites and missed it. Actively seeking that stuff out has nothing to do with the marketing of a movie

Stip and dime are both right. Lucasfilm/Disney/Abrams did a great job concealing major plot points. But pretty much everyone I talked to assumed the big ones by the time the movie opened. And one of the very first early, EARLY spoilers was "speculation" about Han's death. But again, that wasn't ever part of the marketing proper.

They spoiled the Force Awakens plot all the way back in 1977

Pretty sure everyone here does avoid those sites, with one very notable exception.

Han's death was something he wanted in RotJ and I think that was pretty much the only reason Ford came back anyway.
