I think it shows the relative size of influential accounts, but not necessarily total number of accounts for whatever side. And the big black dot in the middle is Trump himself, so I don't think it divides cleanly between pro and anti-trump conservatives.

I wonder how many of those are just bots.

If Facebook was purged of most political content, I might consider using it. Its too much to hope for that this will be the end result of this trend.

One can't be caught noticing. Its also funny in that they usually ignore the highest follower count entities and ban the mid tier accounts. Its not so much about blocking the message as preventing the undesireables from networking.

I assumed they avoided banning the large accounts because they wanted to avoid an exodus, but since they can shut down alternative social media right now, why worry about that?
