hey reid...i was just watching Man Fire Food earlier and they had a place call Khoi bbq on...any good?

friends from nyc coming in tomorrow for just a night...i picked up a 10 pound pork shoulder to smoke early tomorrow morning..you know the routine..

What are you trying to do with it: just cook or do you want a smoker compartment? More importantly, what’s your budget?

Thinking about wasting some wood and charcoal on a few loaves of spam in the smoker on my next day off.
