That was interesting. Part 2 he talks about PJ knowing of this solo endeavor and more about them coming down and working with Andrew halfway through it. He makes it pretty clear “we’ve been working on stuff” about PJ.
Talks about how healthy it is for the band to do their side stuff and that it always opens their mind when they come back.

Maybe they'll release a shitty single again to make sure our expectations nose dive!
I had low expectations for this and it turned out great for me. There’s a lesson here!
We should start the process of lowering our expectations for the next PJ record right now...
The earlier we start the process the better... maybe they will release a masterpiece!
We might need a dedicated thread for this!
I am very excited for a Watt pj record. He talks about his favorite music, favorite records, and how they came together with a band jamming in a small space and doing it quickly. Talks a bit about his studio and no separation between studio and control room. Small spaces. Jamming. Mentions how Ten was kind of made that way along with zep, sabbath, etc...
I watched a vid on Youtube of Watt working with Chad Smith (and Chillies? not sure), and while I don't like RHCP much, he didn't seem completely alien to rock music, I guess it gave me a little confidence
I've only heard some of that Lowe interview, but it's pretty interesting and illuminating as to why Eddie likes working with Watt and how he contrasts working with him as opposed to how PJ worked on Gigaton. He seems pretty focused on things happening quickly as opposed to being "in the lab," as he put it.

Watch the zane interview. Stuff with watt starts around ther 45 minute mark. Definitely will excite you.
you know what else I think is remarkable about Invincible? they kept it SLOW and GROOVY and SPACIOUS when it could very easily have been a speedy Lightning Bolt
