I'm about half way through Season 2. I just finished The Protector of Concord Dawn (episode 13). And it was fantastic. Great fucking episode.

Ahsoka is a missed opportunity for the female lead/heroine. They could have done great things with her in a movie

We've just seen them show two imperials defect to the Rebels. but they may when rebels timeline gets closer to R1

Filloni has said we migh see that last battle from the ghost crews perspective

I'm gonna guess, no we don't. Because I think if/when we see the battle of Scarif from The Ghost's perspective it'll be damn near the series finale. I don't think the show will go much further than the events of R1.
