And yet, still no playoffs.

I think Miami is #10 in current AFC playoff seeding.

Sigh.
The Dolphins should be made an honorary member of the NFC South.

How good or bad is he, Bucs fans?

He was Chief first. And he's ... well, he's not the best.

But he only spent his rookie season there, as opposed to four for TB. He had to have been somewhat better there, even if it was only marginally.

Still, as a Chiefs fan I'm guessing you'll get extra satisfaction if he misses a kick next Sunday night, as opposed to Jay Feely or someone else.

You know it.

But, in all sincerity, good luck to your club. Obviously, I want to win and I'll be rooting it. But if we can't win the AFC West, I'd much rather it be the Broncos than the Raiders of The Cry Me A Rivers.

All I ask is that you guys don't embarrass us at home. Go Chiefs!

They're good for a 6-5 team, but while they've played tough in most of their games, they find a way to lose against better opponents. Other than that week one win against a struggling Patriots team, they haven't beat anyone very impressive. They had chances to beat the Lions, Packers, and Broncos and could't get it done.

That said, they are a solid team and they seem to take care of business against the teams they should beat, so finishing the season 4-1 isn't out of the question and 10-6 could be in the conversation for the playoffs. That Ravens game is an intriguing one.

Have the Broncos ever embarrassed KC at Arrowhead? That is a house of horrors for Denver fans. Even when there game seems like a total mismatch, my memory is that Denver has found it hard to win there.

I was recently telling someone that I thought the '98 playoff win at Arrowhead might actually be the greatest victory in the team's history for that very reason.

The flip side is that Mile High is a house of horrors for the Chiefs, as well. The Broncos have a 35-20 lead there, while the Chiefs lead 36-18 at Arrowhead. Just goes to show you that those are two of the best homefield advantages in the league.

2009 was the bizarro year where somehow both teams won by 20+ points on the road.

And since then Denver has swept KC, haven't they?

I guess they've just swept us the last two years. So really... Peyton Manning.

Plus the Tebow 2 completion game.

Holy shit. Sorry Joey, I did not expect that at all. I figured that Arrowhead + cold weather + playing for Berry = Chiefs win. Instead, the Broncos got a big win. Now, us fans probably have to root for SD ( ) to beat NE on a West Coast trip, and then take care of the Chargers in SD the week after. But next up is Buffalo, and I'm certainly concerned about Kyle Orton's return to Denver. He's got a lot of good reasons to have a chip on his shoulder for that game.

I really don't get this. People seem to be whining about Barth's poor job on kickoffs in the KC game, but those were terrible conditions to kickoff in, and KC's kicker didn't do much better. I'd rather give Barth a chance in the thin air of Denver before burning a roster spot on a freaking kickoff specialist. Bucs fans, was this really a big problem for Barth?

Bills defense is pretty salty, and I'm sure Orton still holds some hard feelings on how he was treated in Denver. I'm a bit worried about this game, though maybe not as much as the Rams and Dolphins games.

The D is the only thing that could put the Bills in a position to win. The Bills are a much better team than the Dolphins, in my opinion

Tough to argue with that when you look at today's games. Good game, the Bills beat the Broncos up pretty good. They're one or two players away from being a real force.
