Red Mosquito

Slept pretty good for the first time in a while. Up early to work on a project I’m moonlighting on for our European based division.

very comfortably on the couch with the tv on...fell asleep around 9 and woke up to pee at 4am..stayed up for about 30 minutes and had a glass of cranberry juice and went back to bed on the couch with the tv on until about 730...going to stay on the couch today and nap until football starts

Maybe 4 hours. Lord beer me strength.

Horribly

up 2 different times with a total of 6 hours that were not solid...stress...soon its over

Good. This time of year is the best for sleeping. It's cool at night with the windows open and the sun doesn't come up until 7 or later.

I think I was grinding my teeth so hard last night I woke up with a tooth ache. It seems to be gone now.
