Actually, no--the phrase "Immaculate Conception" refers to Mary's conception, not Jesus'. She was conceived without original sin but the old fashioned way.
That's the difference between getting 6 years of Catholic school and 18.
Yup. Immaculate conception is not the same as virginal conception. St Anne and Mary's dad boned, but God cleansed Mary's soul of original sin at the moment of conception.

I have to do more research on whether or not Mary ever got railed. It's my understanding that the answer is "no" (at least in the Catholic Church), but I would not bet my life on that.
