I was excited for this season, but I already think it’s going to just be an exercise in regular season hype ending in an Eagles repeat.

nah I think the Eagles defense is a step down this year. their secondary looked pretty shitty. had ceedee lamb not had butterfingers the cowgirls may have won. that said, iggles still a very good team.

the eagles had one of the best defensive performances in the super bowl ever, the whole second half of last season they were great. of course they are gonna take a step down.

the CB replacing slay is either getting replaced or needs to play better. #8 i think, i forget his name. the rest of the dbacks played well. i can't believe reed blakenship is still in the league, i thought this dude would play like 3 games and be gone. he's actually...good.

you need more than 2 outside pass rushers. hunt and smith are good, but they can't play 90% of the snaps or they'll be dead by the end of the season. i dunno if they are gonna rush #30 more, he seems like he's all over the field.

the eagles best defensive player got kicked out of the game before his stupid ass played a snap. i'm sure the cowboys rush game would look different if you had carter in the game. it changed their whole offensive approach with carter out.

if you’re entirely reliant on one DT to decide whether you win or lose then it’s not gonna be a coronation

good teams can scheme around that

that said they are still a very good team

looks like it should be a competitive year in the NFC
