The worst Pearl Jam fans are the ones who make crappy matrixes of every show and then throw away the separate sources used to make them so that we're stuck with their crappy matrixes forever.

"Definitive" versions, made on some guy's laptop in his dorm room circa 2002.

I've been told there hasn't been a good performance of the older material since 1998, so..

I've come to the realization that I'm probably the worst Pearl Jam fan amongst people that I actually know.
I was over at the Pit recently and every person there just seems like a total brainwashed lunatic cheeseball fanboy/fangirl know-it-all tool. There are tons of people there whose post counts would also put RM's chad to shame. They must literally do nothing else all day but post about how much they loved the Wrigley show or how many t-shirts they bought last year or how bad they want PJ to come back and play Argentina or how Yield should be re-tracked or how they've seen the It's OK tag on Daughter six more times than the WMA tag, or this or that or the other thing.
Anyway I realized that in real life and amongst people I know, I probably come off this way to them. Dammit.

Ones that try to say Riot Act was their worst album because of sales. Shut the fuck up with that. If sales were indicative of how good an album is/was then we'd all be listening to top 40 shite. It's ART. I know this album isn't everyone's cup of tea, but some of us don't give a fuck about sales and numbers.

Sometimes. In my defense, I'm of all English heritage. I just don't understand success being measured by commercial appeal.
"Numbers guys" make me want to puke.

How about the Ten Dude Bro's????? "It's a great show because they played 8 songs from Ten!" I see it as, "Wow. They must think this crowd doesn't know shit."
ETA: Philly 2 2016 and Stockholm 2014 being the exceptions to the rule.

I think you're right. The last show I attended was a festival and I think they played 9 of the 11 songs from Ten. I didn't really notice at the time, but after looking at the setlist later it dawned on me. They were playing to a potentially non-PJ lifer crowd that night. Just to be safe, I guess.
