Man, that start was anticlimactic. I understand why they did it, but still.

I was expecting a few more DNFs after seeing how many drivers were kicking the back out in the first ~5 laps.

Well done to Perez and Russell, who maintains his top-5 streak.

Terrible race for Ferrari again.

I actually like the fact that the engine failures are back. The races were so boring during the years when Hamilton and Mercedes were dominating because their car was so superior and there were practically zero technical failures in the cars. Now at least that surprise element is back. Of course it would be nice if it wasn't a Ferrari each time.

If no miracle happens Max will be the champion this year. I was really hoping it would be Leclerc because I dislike Max even more than Hamilton. Let's hope Perez can challenge him for the championship, but it looks like Red Bull is favoring Max over Perez.

Btw. Max and Leclerc have a long history together:

Nothing, just an inschident... on the race.

Also, why do you hate Hamilton @contamination?

I don't think there's any rational reason, but maybe this Spitting Image clip kind of sums up what I don't like about the guy:

Been an interestimg wet quali. Haas with both cars in q3, Zhou in his first ever q3, Leclerc and Perez out in q2 (Leclerc will start the race last anyway).

Verstappen with a predictable p1, but great fun with Alonso p2.

Perez out. Sounded like he lost his clutch.

Exciting race otherwise. The medium tyres are wearing faster than expected.

Agreed, been a good race. Will be interesting to see what Leclerc can do.

A long time since Hamilton has been that pleased with a podium.

Can't tell if Ocon was just keeping solid pace, defending well, or Charles had car trouble. He was stuck behind him for quite a while.

Also, Haas' pit strategy was absurdly stupid. They didn't capitalize on any of the virtual safety cars.

What a race! Definitely best so far this year. I can't believe Zhou Guanyu wasn't badly hurt/didn't die in that crash. It just shows how much they've done to improve the safety of the drivers over the years. I mean not only could Guanyu have died, but the people in the audience could've been hurt too if that metal fence had not been strong enough. Happy for Sainz and a great race for Perez too after a bad start. And Schumi finally gets points.

As long as no one got hurt, thankfully, it was a wonderful race. So much action, so mamy changes. Loved it.

Yeah it was like a new race ~10 laps before the finish when the safety car came in. Also Tom Cruise and Keanu Reeves spotted.
