I had heard the same thing, but decided to give it a go anyway and they were excellent. Seems like they have gotten the hang of Arena shows, because the crowd were super into it.

I've seen Franz Ferdinand twice and will gladly do it again given the chance. Along with the Foo Fighters, one of the funnest live shows you can see.
