I’m going to level with you. I didn’t know what they were until my wife bought some jicama wraps at Trader Joe’s last weekend. Jicama is a plant, like a turnip. TJs sells jicama in wrap form. As does Whole Foods and other grocers (I guess).

My wife is has been making tacos with all the shredded chicken we still have.

They’re so good.
