Been watching Very British Problems on Netflix. We finished the third episode and my wife asked me if I knew I was a closted British person.

I don’t really get what Conan is doing with his new format. I thought the new half-hour running time would allow him to jettison all the formulaic trappings that bog him down and focus on the areas that show off what makes him great - remotes, pre-taped segments, stuff like that. But no, he seems to have done just the opposite: now the whole show is a weak monologue, a crappy in-studio bit, and a brief, shallow celebrity interview. Just awful. He should quit this and only make Conan without Borders, Clueless Gamer, and Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend.

that's a disappointment to hear...i haven't watched the show in quite awhile (i think i stopped because i was too depressed to laugh)
