Conservatives really like to hammer about that article regarding Sweden. My girlfriend has friends there and I do too, and by some accounts , the Swedes are taking it very seriously. While it’s not mandatory shut down they have all pretty been basically locking themselves down and taking all the Same precautions.

That article going around is hilarious because it’s accompanied by a ridiculous out of season photo of people gathering


Additionally as that article states Sweden has like three time as many deaths as their neighboring countries who have been mandatory lockdown.

I’m shitting on the reopening now because the reopening is visibly happening in a lava pit. And, as with the example above, the headlines are warning them about the lava pit even as they grab their coolers and jump in.

Their cases are climbing even before the impact of the reopen. Onward they go. I don’t need to wait any amount of time in order to “credibly” shit on that.

generally yes on unemployment...i believe there may be some individual state criteria that could affect that though

i'm not 100% sure on benefits...my guess is that it's up to the employer
