I've been mountain running and I feel it is a much more dynamic workout than running in the prairies.

So Joey left the Strava group? Also noticed he unfollwed me so I returned the favor. Tired of looking at his shitty mile pace anyway.

I don't know much about heart ailments and running. I don't think I want to. I know an occupational therapist who tries to tell me running is actually bad for you and shit like that so I usually just tune out that noise.

I do give credit to Dev. He doesn't log a ton of runs but when he does he takes a big bite of mileage.

I just decided running isn't for me. I was holding onto my youth when i would go out for 13 mile runs on saturday. This was in Minnesota.
It fell by the wayside when I moved to Colorado but i just thought that if i tried more, got different shoes, a new playlist, whatever....that I would love doing it again.
I used to be able to get lost in my head or music. It doesnt happen anymore. Im out.
