Would it be fair to say that Spain/Cabo Verde was the 2026 marquee Spain matchup in retrospect? France really didn't seem in it.

im racist

In all seriousness, he is the best player of all time from France and will probably be the best scorer in the history of the world cup and he is relatively young and has what, two more in him? well see...but also, he is failing at the Madrid, he left PSG with a lot of problems and never won the champions there and then they win two champions in a row, so for a player like him, this year was just not what he thought i guess.

Still, probably the best one in his position

It was supposed to be honest, good faith, good natured banter about the World Cup. I'm just bad at the internet ( as you know ).
I understand and I may be a little touchy about this but I love this country so much, and that whole thing has been relentless for several weeks. I totally understand that. I see that kind of shit here all the time, too.

Will we keep this thread going during league play? What's everyone's teams? I've settled on Everton, Dynamo, Kairat and Malaga. FOR LIFE.

For me, this World Cup peaked when the U.S. lost to Belgium. Sorry, America, but nothing's going to top that high

When we find out that England coach has murdered 80 people, fucked their corpses, eaten of them what he could before burying the rest in his neighbor's hedges, I will not be the least surprised.

I could never ref a World Cup game.

I'd just keep punching Harry Kane in the face.
