Have you seen Yakusa Graveyard?
Not yet - I’ve got the Blu-ray on deck.
I look forward to your thoughts

The Northman. I probably liked this a little better than first viewing. The first 30 minutes are unf*ckwithable no doubt, but the second gets a little tedious in the second half. Looks fantastic though.

watched a Quebecois movie tonight. Red Rooms. pretty dang great, rather intense. One especially affecting sequence, but quite the burner throughout. I suspect Jorge would be especially intrigued by it because it is about the most dark and disturbed corners of the internet where I hear he likes to hang out

This was my experience as well. The climactic battle is a bit of an eye-roll that stains the second half.

Not for me.
I started this a few days ago and quit a few minutes in
My daughter and I, have laughed a lot at it. She surprised me, I’ve seldom heard her laugh like that at a movie.

No offense, but your daughter has bad tasee.

I started Rashomon this morning, but got interrupted. I'll finish it this afternoon.

I’ll tell her you said that, she’s four. :)

The movie is like a mix of slapstick and the action from old cartoons, with a really funny set and graphics.

I'll probably give it another watch at some point - i wasn't in the right mood I think

Tell your daughter I said hello (not that I said she has bad taste) has she seen Kneecap?

She mostly watches kids shows, and don’t pay attention to my movies, but none of us have seen Kneecap.

Rashomon is
