Something about the health department not allowing it

Is the New England style IPA big everywhere else? One of the breweries here in Lexington recently went crazy with hazy IPAs, and used one for their first canning. I was also on vacation Michigan last week and had a M-43 IPA, which is apparently well regarded right now. I'm a pretty big fan of the style, but wasn't sure if this going on everywhere like the West Coast version did a few years ago.

Holy shit balls, doone. That’s a hell of a lineup. I need to check my calendar and see if I can go to that.
As far as the list goes, I’ve sampled beers from a large portion of those breweries, so I can’t comment on all of them. I will say that these are some of the absolute best from that group. Let me know if you have questions about a specific brewery and I’ll answer that directly.
Barrel Theory - this one is my absolute favorite right now
Bent Paddle
Castle Danger
Dangerous Man
Fair State
Fulton
Indeed
Junkyard
Lift Bridge
Lupulin
Modist
Surly
I think the lineup got bigger

Bell's is on there now so I hope i get to try two hearted ale. Any others I should look for?
Also, I can believe you haven’t had Two Hearted.

I was in Duluth for a while on Wednesday and all I could think about was All Pints North. I’m so jealous, doone.

Cool night at the cabin calls for a 2016 KBS. Perfect.

I may have tried it 2 years ago but I don't think so, plus I didn't know much about beer back then.

You couldn't have timed that a little better?? like maybe been there today or tomorrow then stayed for the fest??

that;s just bad planning my friend.

Yup. I've got three of those from 2017 in my basement to enjoy next year.

I had my third brut/NorCal IPA yesterday. This one was fantastic. Bubbly and effervescent. It's just so weird to have an IPA finish so smooth and dry. 12 West is tapping one next week.

doone, I’m helping host a family reunion at my cabin this weekend, that’s why I’m not at All Pints North. And I was in Duluth on Wednesday for work, so there wasn’t much I could do about the timing on that. Trust me, I’d love to be there if I could.

Nice. I’m lucky enough to have at least a couple KBS from every year going back to 2014 in my cellar. KBS holds up really well to aging.

As much Founders is sold here, it's surprisingly difficult to get bottles of KBS in Kentucky, of all places. Liquor stores get about one shipment of them, and they are usually out by noon on release day. I usually have to luck into a pour from a random bar or restaurant that has managed to get a keg.

stop yelling, I have a hangover

actually I feel pretty good now. So All Pints was pretty great. I had every intention of keeping track of everything in the little booklet they give out only to learn they don't do the booklet anymore, they have an app. Weird, I remember searching for an app before we left Canada and didn't see anything. I find some wifi to download app only to be told by google that I can't have the app, I live in the wrong country! GRRR!

All the iphone people in our group have no problems but none of them like beer the way I do so they won't be keeping track of what they like.
So I can't tell you the names of what I tried because I drank a ton, but I had some amazing beers. I think I only had to dump a couple. It started raining just as we were entering the festival grounds but it stopped and the weather was perfect after that. Because of the rain, I forgot to pull out my phone to look at the list you made me (or to take pictures) but I did get to these ones:
Bent Paddle
Castle Danger
Fair State - don't remember what I had but they won Best Beer and Best Brewery prizes
Indeed - I remember this one being really good
Modist
also we had Voyageur Brewery's session IPA on the bus
and a lot more that I can't remember
We went to Old Chicago restaurant when we first arrived and I had a pint of Two Hearted Ale, good thing too because when we got to their stall, they didn't bring any of their flagship to the fest. I enjoyed it.
I drank a lot of great IPAs, an amazing rhubarb and lemonade beer, one or two stouts. Our friends had a great time too.
And Ruddo, the pretzels were integral to the experience
