In this case the hurricane is currently in both of those places, and also everywhere else. And we’re having a hard time tracking the progress, impact, and locations of the many, many hurricanes, because we refuse to take the steps that other nations have used to successfully do so. And also anybody who is exposed to the hurricane has the ability to take it with them wherever they go.

They shelter when there is a local hurricane.

This was the weakest part of the metaphor anyway, because in a hurricane sheltering isn’t a preventative maneuver....only a reactive one. You can’t change the intensity of a hurricane by sheltering in place, but you can change the intensity of the outbreak. So double win in this scenario I guess.

They also differentiate between a hurricane and a rain storm.

They also can’t willfully turn a rainstorm into a hurricane by refusing to shelter in place, which is what we are now achieving.

Caught the woman. Her husband and son are still on the loose. Son is the one that pulled the trigger.

Probably just give them a notice to appear for 2021. Courts and Jails can't take the risk of infection.
