Found a nice copy of Diesel and Dust at my favorite record store today

Pre-Ordered the new St Vincent record. That will be my first new vinyl album in a year. I also pre-ordered the new TMBG. It'll be nice to have new record again.

You have quite a few duplicates. Three copies of Stereo? It's also weird to see every Pearl Jam album ever and no In Utero when you get to Nirvana.

You do have some tasty titles though.

I grabbed as many as i could on RSD. My absolute favorite album so i wanted a life time supply!

Im not a HUGE Nirvana fan but its on the list to get

i love that duke pearson album...did you get the tone poet reissue?

yep, the reissue. Very groovy! Though the first two tracks are the real mindblowers, everything after that is more laid-back (which is just fine).

if you like bobby hutcherson on the pearson album his albums Happenings and Patterns are a good listen

Weather's been shitty this week so I've been working on putting most of collection on discogs. Kinda cool to see how much they value it at. Binaural is #1 by a significant margin.

Every time i see a barcode on something now (clothes, food, whatever) I have this urge to pull my phone out, open up discogs, and scan the barcode.

I have a ton of old classic rock records without bar codes from my father in law. Pain in the ass looking those up. And they expect me to know which factory it was pressed in? Madness.

It's so wild that i would spend 25 minutes figuring out what factory my kris kristofferson records were from....alas....i did it.

Yea, its really hard to read some of those etchings too.

Shit, you can actually tell by looking at it? I've just been guessing. Somewhere some poor collector is getting notifications because I just logged an ultra-rare pressing of "Wichita Lineman."
