I think its perfectly fine to shoot someone who tries to wrest away your weapon, uses potentially lethal force against you, or points a gun at you, especially when you instigate nothing.

Maybe in your weird euro land, you are restricted to 'proportional' force or having a duty to retreat, but those are dumb and benefit the aggressor.

I don't want to live in a country where if you 'provoke' violent, unstable people into attacking you through your legal actions, you have to take a beating for not having the psychic ability to foresee what might trigger them. Instigating in the mind of severly disturbed individuals, sure. Instigating in a reasonable person's mind? How? Walking around calmly? Putting out fires? Rendering aid?

If the AR causes you issues, take it up with WI. He would have taken a beating or worse without it, seems prudent as he couldn't legally conceal carry anything.

There was a panel of lawyers livestreaming the trial and they (among others) nicknamed the husky prosecutor (Kraus) lunchbox. They had some other nicknames for the other prosecutor (Binger). Correct me if I am mistaken Bi3.

PBS and other networks provided a raw* livestream and other groups used that to add commentary.

*someone in the courtroom was manually adjusting mic gains the entire time, muting things not part of the record and whatnot.

Edit: In your legal system, are fees paid only at the conclusion of the trial?

Gofundme didn't transfer him much or anything of the initial attempts.

He eventually got funded through other, less established sites, and the lawyer that posted his bond is eligible to get it reimbursed to him personally even though he is no longer involved in the case. That last bit is something to chuckle about. His shitty godawful first lawyer has a claim to the 2 million dollar bond that got posted.
