that sucks. it's an injury that you're always aware of every time you move.

this stuff is really good:

Just eat lots of protein and go on long walks.

Thats it. Thats all we need at this age.

there is one near me. I was not prepared for what's inside. Like a little asian mall.

i'm picturing a lot of fast-walking people with stuff that's somehow still moving in their packaged items.

It's crazy how you fix one injury and immediately become aware of another pain you weren't noticing. I think I was neglecting stretching/rehab through the beginning of the hockey season, slowly got worse, and now that I am finally working on shit my body is full of pain. Fack... Gonna go for a run a pray that bleeds the tension in my back out.

Welp, after almost two years of being mostly sidelined from doing any real sports/activity/exercise, it turns out i have a Talar Dome Lesion in my ankle and at this point Surgery will be the answer.

Sigh. But looking forward to being on the mend and hopefully having a normal summer! Arthroscopic procedure to clean up some of the mess in there along with some ligament/repair/tightening/stretching to bring more stability.

Oh theyre like two weeks out. I can schedule pretty much anytime.

I just have to figure out the correct window for this whole thing. I need to make some money first because the time off will kill us. I have a couple shows in two weeks that i cant not play! My 45th B day is March 11....

But i dont want this to drag out into July as id like to be feeling normalish by then. So, may be turning 45 with vicodin!

as someone who put off surgey, don't. i cant say ours are the same or you will have the same outcome but I had pain relief almost immediately. was walking unaided by 2 weeks and after 2 months if i didnt see the scar in my hip i would have thought everything was normal

Since you’ll be there already, see if they can get your colonoscopy done at the same time.
