I will always appreciate a good, basic, peppers-and-vinegar sauce

chet lemon came and spoke at one of our catholic school banquets in like 1983. one of my friends asked him for an autograph when it ended, and lemon told him he was late for the bar and hightailed it out of there.

Got a bottle of Bravado habanero and pineapple sauce. I bet it would be ok with something bland like tilapia or chicken breasts, but wings overpowered it.

It’s decent. Was popular here about two years ago. Truffle flavor tends to be a little strong. Most people don’t know how to use truffle properly for flavoring and it ends up being overpowering. I liked the truffle with hot sauce combo though

I went to a new edition of the Buenos Aires hot sauce fair. I'm so impressed with the scene that's sprung up here. I never could've imagined 20 years ago when I moved here that an event like that could sell out. 13 local makers, all selling really high quality stuff!
I bought: a tamarind and habanero sauce, a peach and jalapeño sauce, a spicy marmalade, a jalapeños and cinnamon sauce, a smoked onion and fermented habaneros sauce, a teriyaki-style hot sauce, a ginger & garlic sauce, and a chipotle and chimichurri sauce

My friend bought me one of these
It's delicious. Nice and tangy. A simple sauce, well executed. I'm not sure I'd ever tried a datil pepper sauce before. Recommended!

They have a variety they call St. Augustine style which is a little sweeter, apparently. I’ve only had the one you have. Very good.
