Yeah. Hot for hot's sake is dumb, and the whole EXTREME hot sauce culture seems to me like it will eventually descend into competitive chugging of battery acid. But I love food that is naturally spicy, and there's a wealth of delicious dishes from all around the world that I'd be missing out on if I was scared of a little kick.E.H.
