Hey!
Olivia Rodrigo gives Paramore a writing credit on Good 4 U
Since grabbing Torres's THIRSTIER on vinyl, I've listened to it a half dozen times and I gotta say this one of the best records of the year. I was super into it from first listen but it just keeps getting better and better and climbing up my best of year rankings. I fucking love this record. I think it'll land in the top five once the dust settles.

Suzanne Santo's second solo record "Yard Sale" finally dropped today. So that's what I'll be doing for the next month or so.

a step up from shitty isn’t really a great endorsement.

Totally not an album in the spirit of this thread, but the Joe Strummer box set "Assembly" is bringing me much joy.

Good day for new music in my world.
Bob Markey and the Wailer - The Capital Sessions '73 - This hits a perfect sweet spot for me. Music to sway to. From what I know it's taken from an intimate show done in a studio. The sound is pretty perfect and the band is spot on. Duppy Conqueror is my jam for the day.
Iron Maiden - Senjuku (or something like that) - Another surprisingly strong album from the band. They are late in their career and not really doing anything new but they do it well and are finding a way to age quite gracefully.
Mike Dean - Echoplex (Live 2021) - If you like heady synth music this is for you. As Mike Dean says about it "Take some drugs and enjoy."

Ripley Johnston's Rose City Band have a new one coming out, Earth Trip. I heard 'In The Rain' from it today - does not disappoint.
