Coxon rips on it. I think I'm experiencing Albarn burnout though. :z:

I haven't paid attention to Gorillaz since their first record, so no burnout for me.

His head whipped 'round so fast and he gave me a big grin. Good times.

Lovely

If I had to say what my favourite album released in the last 10 years was I know that the 2020 debut album "Bedroom" by Manchester shoegazey types Bdrmm would be right up there for sure. Seriously, go check it out if you haven't heard it as it is an absolute cracker of an album.

Fun fact too - they are technically from Hull, birthplace of the mighty Housemartins from back in the day. The Housemartins were the self-proclaimed 4th Best Band in Hull and begat Fat Boy Slim.

Anyway, just found out that Bdrmm have finally released their 2nd album "I Don't Know" which I have just given a spin. It's not necessarily at the great heights of their debut but it ain't half bad at all. This will get plenty of repeats.

Here's Be Careful which had my head bopping along nicely:

Giving a listen to Geese - 3D Cowboy. It’s much different than I remember the first album sounding, but I’m enjoying it so far.

Has anyone posted about Model/Actriz and their album Dogsbody? I’ve been listening to it a bit. It’s like if Perfume Genius and Trent Reznor made an album.

Weird. I couldn’t find anything here about them.

I found a bunch of stuff on bowel movements and Pearl Jam though.
