That's not a weird technicality, its an important element of the story. Yes, these are stories of a man abusing whatever little power he had in a fucked up industry.
Frankly, I'm unimpressed by what many are saying is the worst story. Louis invited two women to his hotel room. They said yes. He asked if they would watch him masturbate. They said yes. He masturbated. They sat there together, laughing.

Agreed! Like argo and trag, I just don't see what the big deal is.

CK has had plenty of opportunities to address these stories publicly in the past, and he's done so very lukewarmly; I believe in an interview earlier this year he said they're "just rumors." What was stopping him from saying then what he'll probably say now?
