CK has had plenty of opportunities to address these stories publicly in the past, and he's done so very lukewarmly; I believe in an interview earlier this year he said they're "just rumors." What was stopping him from saying then what he'll probably say now?

I also want to specifically agree with trag's point re: consent. If someone doesn't actively say no, it clearly means they're ok with whatever you're doing to them. Well said, trag!
