OK, so this review calls Scared of Fear one of the band's best ever songs. We were assuming the tweet by the reviewer was referring to WFS.

Personally, I find this one highly encouraging.
the description of Something Special as "something Red Hot Chilli Peppers would reject" (apart from being amazingly random and nonsensical) is the best endorsement of the song yet

they're not, but the bar for "worst song on an album" is Supersonic so I'm not worried

Yeah, that seems to be the case, especially since he says something like Mike "saves" the song. Not really a ringing endorsement. :?

"McCready also steps up to save Waiting for Stevie, a song that recalls The Bends-era Radiohead or Urban Hymns-era The Verve, until the guitarist’s scorching fretwork pulls it into a double-time sprint."

This reviewer says Got to Give recalls Springsteen whereas most reviewers have likened it to a Who song.

I think for Gigaton at some point I made a little spread sheet that tracked what was said about every song in every review. Definitely did not have it in my this time. And it's possible I'm making this up and never did it

We still make records to be listened to — not that everyone will listen to a record track one to twelve in a row or side A or Side B — but we still make 'em in case somebody does want to listen to it like that, that's how we make em…
