OK, so this review calls Scared of Fear one of the band's best ever songs. We were assuming the tweet by the reviewer was referring to WFS.

I lol'd a little bit, too.

Of all the obligatory intros attempting to weave in themes of quantum physics and returning to form, this one does a semi decent job.

I am 100% framing mind that way

Personally, I find this one highly encouraging.

the description of Something Special as "something Red Hot Chilli Peppers would reject" (apart from being amazingly random and nonsensical) is the best endorsement of the song yet

the early reviews around Something Special are not especially promising

"Two tracks that only get better the more volume you add."

they're not, but the bar for "worst song on an album" is Supersonic so I'm not worried

Yeah, that seems to be the case, especially since he says something like Mike "saves" the song. Not really a ringing endorsement.

that comment was attached to Dark Matter

He does say it for WFS too.

This reviewer says Got to Give recalls Springsteen whereas most reviewers have likened it to a Who song.

I think for Gigaton at some point I made a little spread sheet that tracked what was said about every song in every review. Definitely did not have it in my this time. And it's possible I'm making this up and never did it

WFS obviously gonna have a big 90's feel
