I made a beetroot and chocolate cake today. The first taste was a bit scary, but it's all good. It just tastes like really dark chocolate cake.

I find chicken breasts boring as sh*t to cook and eat most of the time..however, I'm making them tonight with vegetables and other stuff..somebody help me out and give me something different to do with them. something other than basic marinades if you can..thanks

cutlets, breaded and sauted in olive oil- you can eat them as is or make them into quick chicken parm, oh, use italian seasoned bread crumbs ... not sure if that's too plain for you but i love them like that and olive oil is good for you

:thumbsup: I was debating bread crumbs...I use olive oil to cook most things to be honest..oh, and loads of UNsalted butter

i really like roasting chicken with vegetables too- usually cut up chicken breast with peas or sugarsnaps, green beans, broccoli, carrots, and i cheat and include tatertots or similar cooked with olive oil, and old bay seasoning and whatever other spices look good to me. roast for like an hour until everything is browned at around 450- you can serve over white rice instead of using potatoes too. love that dish - any veggies are good with it.
