Listening to the 'new' AIC albums for the first time. I don't know, I'm kind of uncertain here.

I've never had even the slightest urge to listen to post Layne AIC albums.

They were always my least favorite of all the big bands of the era. And I've definitely not even heard all of the Layne era material either.

These guys have not been hold up well at all as I've been revisiting them during the tournament.

Yep.

BUT... Watch unplugged and you may feel the love again.

Layne looks already dead at unplugged.

This joke wasn't funny the first time you told it...

I wasn't joking either time I mentioned it. He has seriously dead eyes during that performance.

It was freaky when he took the shades off... He is another sad tragedy rooted in addiction. Honestly, its not easy for me to watch for many reasons, personal and the obvious. What I should have said was give the unplugged show a listen. It was a great performance! Even though I am admittedly burned out on AiC, I will always enjoy hearing this one.

This is the exact moment that is burned into my mind. Those eyes.

Kurt had a similarly cold glance at the end of Nirvana's Unplugged... In hindsight, the reason he chose 'Where Did You Sleep Last Night' was probably because he knew (or was about to find out) that Billy Corgan was boning Courtney Love.

I still can't get over how great Jar of Flies is. The first six tracks are flawless perfection.
