yeah, Jack was perfect for them at the time. I wonder how would BSSM sound with him. I think Chad is perfect for the band, but i still wonder that.
And for the record, Cliff Martinez´s work in Freaky Styley is just perfect. I love it.

In other news, Dave Navarro and Frusciante played together not sure if it was a festival or what.

Yeah, thats a great ep. I love him talking about that album, Superunknown, Manson and Hole, and Korn. Amazing ep.

Also, i love Kiedis talking about Chad in his book. Seems the band at that time wanted him to have a different profile and the guy didnt really cared about any of that. He had a bandana and a motorcycle and kept it that way...cool guy. I remember reading an interview were he called himself as the only guy who never left the band, had a temper tantrum or cried over drugs.

He played Mountain Song with Jane’s:

Also, 75% of RHCP (Stephen Perkins on drums) played Give it Away, I Wanna Be Your Dog and a Gang of Four cover:

John, Anthony and Flea seem absolutely jazzed about playing together again.

Pretty sure it was a small, private event.

It was a very private event for the tony hawk fundation. It was a memorial for a guy.

Big fan of Flea's Fender Jazz custom. Clean lines, and the single bridge humbucker suits him considering the stuff he did with a MusicMan Stingray on Blood, Sugar, Sex, Magic. Overpriced, obviously, but still nice.

The Comedy Bang Bang ep "the Peppermen" or whatever it was called with Zack Galifinakis and Jon Daly is one of my all-time favorite podcast eps. I think it's from 2013 or 2014. Daly's Kiedis impersonation is so fricken good.
